The presented CPWs provide a similar to 70% reduction in the resonance frequency as well as a 20% increase in the Q factor over conventional CPW resonators. Moreover, good agreement between theoretical and experimental resonance frequencies has been confirmed.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessSlow-wave phenomena in modified coplanar waveguidesArticle35430931110.1049/el:199901872-s2.0-0033075010Q3WOS:000079068600044Q1
