Rüzgarlar gündüz saatlerinde $N_m F2$ yoğunluğunu azaltırken, gece saatlerinde artırmaktadır.In this study, the effects of thermospheric winds on the ionospheric plasma have been investigated. By day the poleward winds at midlatitudes reduce F2-peak $(h_m F2)$ height; at nighttime the equatorward winds increase $h_m F2$.
