Araştırma konusu itibariyle sahadaki ilk çalışmayı oluşturmakta olup, coğrafya bilimi içerisinde ot toplayıcılığı faaliyeti konusuna metodolojik bir yaklaşım da ortaya koymaktadır. Ayrıca bu çalışma, Niğde İli ile ilgili literatüre zenginlik katacaktır. Araştırma, esas olarak daha sonraki çalışmalara rehberlik etmesiyle esas amacına ulaşmış olacaktır. After preperation,field work and evaluations stages,the research was completed by presenting results.In each stage of research among geography?s basic principles interaction ,range,causality and comparasion principles were considered. In research field first,naturel atmosphere conditions were examined in order to evaluate the conditionswhich reveal herb collection .The herb collection activity doesn?t happen independently of humane and economic conditions.For this reason researching humane and economical features of field became absolutely necessary.After this stage with the evaluation of prepared polls and field research,the herb collection activity in field and present results were revealed. In town Niğde 107 kinds of herb,most of them are used with the aim of medical and food usage collected.Also in the field 10 kinds of herbs were collected for commercial aims.Big part of the herbs are collected in summer and spiring seasons and this seasons are also vegetation time.The ones, doing herb collectin activity in Niğde generally lived as a half migrant in the past or took part in mountain postures in big percents.this is also drawing attention.trinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessDeniz ve Sualtı HekimliğiMarine and Underwater MedicineMaster Thesis1119209401
