It is shown that both the resonance frequency and the bandwidth decrease as functions of the slit depth. Furthermore, the equivalent series inductance for the slit in a CPW is calculated by changing the inductance relation of the slit in the microstrip. The resonance frequencies calculated by means of this relation are in excellent agreement with the measured resonance frequencies.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessInfluence of narrow transverse slit in CPW resonator on its resonance characteristicsArticle361495010.1049/el:200001212-s2.0-0343774113Q3WOS:000085048400035Q2
