İkinci bölümde Öklid olmayan kristalize grupların yapısı irdelendi.PSL(2,IR), - Modüler grubu, kongrüans alt gruplarının bazı özellikleri ve temel bölgeler, graf teori, imprimitif hareket ile ilgili ihtiyaç duyduğumuz temel tanımlar verildi.. Üçüncü bölümde I0(N)nin transitif olarak ettiği bir yörünge bulundu.I(N)nin alt yörüngesel graflarında kenar şartları belirlendi ve bundan faydalanılarak alt yörüngesel grafın kendisiyle eşleşmiş kenar ve üçgen ihtiva etmesi için gerek ve yeter şartlar elde edildi.In this study, the structure of the congruence subgroup I0(N)is examined.In the first chapter, a brief history is given on the subject. In the second chapter, the structure of Non-Euclidean Crystalllographic Groups is discussed and some properties of PSSL(2,IR), -Modular group, congruence subgroups and also the preliminary definitions we require for fundamental domains, graph theory and imprimitive action are given. In the third chapter, an orbit which I0(N)acts on transitively is found.
