The explanatory sequential design, which is one of themixed methods research designs, was used in this study. The study group ofthis research consisted of pre-service teachers who were studying at NiğdeÖmer Halisdemir University, Faculty of Education, Pedagogical FormationTraining Certificate Programme (n = 14). While parametric test statisticswere used in the analysis of the quantitative data, content analysistechnique was employed in the analysis of the qualitative data.
