Mulberry trees have affected many diseases, and the viral diseases are more prevalent in countries like China, Japan, India, Taiwan, etc. These viruses were found to be associated with mulberry mosaic disease, mulberry ringspot disease, mulberry yellow-net vein disease, and mulberry yellow streak disease. There are some reports on viral agents associated to those disease complexes and several other new occasions. The causative agent identification of viral symptoms in mulberry plants is scarcely searched and the etiological investigations remained limited. © 2024 Elsevier Inc.
