Araştırma Sonucunda şu bulgular elde edilmiştir: Bayan ve Erkek öğretmenlerin öğretmenlik mesleğini tercih etme nedenleri farklılık göstermekle beraber, öğretmenlik mesleğini kolay olduğu için seçen öğretmen yoktur. Alan dışından atanan öğretmenlerin öğretmenlik mesleğinden memnun oldukları görülmüştür. Bayan öğretmenler erkek öğretmenlere oranla daha çok memnundur. Bayan ve erkek öğretmenler farklı nedenlerle öğretmenlik mesleğinden memnun olduklarını ifade etmişlerdir. Bayan ve erkek öğretmenlerin öğretmenlik mesleğinden memnun olmama nedenleri farklıdır. Alan dışından atanan öğretmenler kendi alanlarında bir iş bulduklarında öğretmenlik mesleğinden ayrılacaklarını belirtmişlerdir. Alan dışından atanan öğretmenlerin okul yöneticileriyle ilişkilerinin iyi olduğu görülmüştür. Alan dışından atanan öğretmenler okuldaki öğretmen arkadaşlarıyla ilişkilerinin çok iyi düzeyde olduğunu belirtmişlerdir. Alan dışından atanan öğretmenler öğrencileriyle iyi ilişkiler içerisinde olduklarını belirmişlerdir. Alan dışından atanan öğretmenler öğrenci velileriyle iyi ilişkiler içerinde olduklarını belirtmişlerdir. Alan dışından atanan öğretmenler görev yaptıkları ilin Milli Eğitim müdürlüğü ile ilişkilerinin orta düzeyde olduğunu belirtmişlerdir. Alan dışından atanan öğretmenlere karşı görev yaptıkları ilin Milli Eğitim müdürlüğü yöneticilerinin kısmen de olsa olumsuz tutum içinde oldukları görülmüştür. Alan dışından atanan öğretmenlere karşı okul yöneticilerinin tutumları kısmen de olsa olumludur. Alan dışından atanan öğretmenlere karşı alandan gelen öğretmenlerin olumlu tutum içerisinde oldukları görülmüştür. İlköğretim müfettişlerinin alan dışından atanan öğretmenlere karşı olumsuz tutum içerinde oldukları görülmüştür. Alan dışından atanan öğretmenler görev yerlerinde çeşitli sorunlar yaşadıklarını belirmişlerdir. Bayan ve erkek öğretmenlerin görev yaptıkları yerde yaşadıkları sorunlar farklıdır.In this study; It is aimed to "determine the opinions of the classroom teachers appointed from outside the field about the teaching profession and the possible difficulties they encounter while performing their profession". As a result of the research, the following findings were obtained: Although the reasons for female and male teachers to choose the teaching profession differ, there is no teacher who chooses the teaching profession because it is easy. It has been observed that teachers appointed from outside the field are satisfied with the teaching profession. Teachers appointed from outside the field stated that they would leave the teaching profession when they find a job in their field. It has been observed that teachers appointed from outside the field have good relations with school administrators. Teachers appointed from outside the field stated that they have good relations with the parents of the students.. It has been observed that the directors of the National Education Directorate of the province where they work against the teachers appointed from outside the field have a negative attitude, albeit partially. Attitudes of school administrators towards teachers appointed from outside the field are partially positive. It has been observed that teachers from the field have a positive attitude towards the teachers appointed from outside the field. It has been observed that primary education inspectors have a negative attitude towards teachers appointed from outside the field. Teachers appointed from outside the field stated that they had various problems in their workplaces.
