Cyprus problem has been one of the main foreign affairs policies of Turkey since mid-1950's. From 1950 Turkey's foreign policy about Cyprus had been grasped and seen as national problem. Cyprus problem in Turkey has permanently been on both visual media and the press. The aim of this study is to investigate Cyprus problem in the productions of documentary films in Turkey. By this reasoning, one of the broadest documentary about Cyprus problem in Turkey entitled Kibris Belgeseli is researched. This study researches how this documentary encapsulates Cyprus problem and the way how documentary's subject of expression is constructed alongside.
