The Effect of Grinding Aids in the Production of Bio-Filling Material in Stirred Media Mill

With this study, the effects of the type and dosage of grinding were examined on grinding efficiency and at the same time the negative effects of waste on the environment are planned to reduce the through efficient use. In the dry grinding experiments carried out within the scope of the study, five different dosages of six grinding aids from three different groups (by weight, 0%, 0.25%, 0.5%, 1% and 2%) effect on the product has been investigated. With this study, the effect of grinding aid type and amount in different groups on product size (d80), 80 ), particle size distribution and temperature (degrees C) was investigated. This study is a promising study on the issue of preventing the depletion of natural resources and transforming waste into valuable and usable products and at the same time, it has been observed that significant improvements have been achieved on the grinding performance with the grinding aids used. In the experiments using grinding aid at appropriate dosages, better results were obtained in terms of product size, temperature, and particle size distribution with the product compared to the experiments without grinding aid.
