dc.description.abstractIn this paper, we consider the existence of nonoscillatory solutions of variable coefficient first and second-order linear neutral differential equations with distributed deviating arguments. We use the Banach contraction principle to obtain new sufficient conditions for the existence of nonoscillatory solution. (C) 2010 The Franklin Institute. Published by Elsevier Ltd.
