Özet

The life of society and some social organizations were tried to be reformed during Tanzimat and Constitutional Period of Ottoman Empire in the history of Turkey. But these efforts have been insufficient about application. In the Republic Era, new Republic reformations and the novelties have been more favorable about the aplication. In Ataturk's cultural politics, it has been considered important practical workings. A lot of Questions which were not thought before have been made laws. However after Ataturk, this understanding has been lost. Alewism and Bektashism are essential problem for Turkey because they are the fault line about Turkish society. Because of this, Alewism and Bektashism should appear in cultural policies and planing. It is unimportant that Alewism and Bektashism are found in the cultural policies and planing in Turkey because of the fact that it is perceived Alewism and Bektashism as a threat about religious reasons. Alewism and Bektashism have been wanted to be seen in Islam. It is thought that when Alewism and Bektasizm have got liberation of the belief, they would have divorced Islamic perspectives. In this perception, there are great role of the Turkish-Iranian strugle in history. We searched development plans in Turkey in context culture and found that there would not have been Alewism and Bektasizm in these development plans for this study. But we have been able to see Alewism and Bektasizm in European Union document such as progress pe-ports and national programs.
