Özet
Capacitively and inductively loaded CPW resonators have been studied It has been shown that the proposed resonators can be used to achieve a slow-wave effect without occupying extra surface area. The resonators also have a good performance as compared with the conventional half-wavelength CPW resonator. Moreover the variation in the number of fingers for the capacitively loaded CPW has some influence on the resonance frequency, whereas the variation in the number of strips in the inductive CPW has no influence on both the resonance frequency and the performance.
