Abstract
A study was performed to determine the levels of heavy metals pollution originated from the traffic of Nigde-Turkiye. Trace element contens of the soil samples collected from the five stations of Nigde City were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometer. Relations between metal contents and between number of vehicle and metal concentrations were calculated.
