A face-to-face questionnaire was administered to assess demographic characteristics, Internet addiction (YIAT), sleep quality (PSQI), and eating behavior (TFEQ-R21).ResultsIn total, 644 students completed the study. The prevalence of Internet addiction among adolescents was 16.3%, with a similar prevalence among male and female adolescents. Gender, maternal education level, Internet addiction, and poor sleep quality were significant predictors of eating disorders in adolescents.ConclusionThe findings of our study are of significant value in providing insights into the development of programs designed to prevent undesired eating behaviors
