Özet

In this study, we focused on how the former Turkish ozans carried their epic cultures to the Anatolia by accepting the Islam and helped to increase the density of the Islamic and Turkish characteristics of the Anatolia. We evaluated the transformation of epic temin alp type into the alp-eren type by considering the personality of Hz. Ali. The emergence of the sypathy by supporting with studies of the other researchers in the context of the created "Cenkname" kult belonging to Hz. Ali in Turkish is also mentioned in this paper by referencing studies of the other researchers. This religion based literay form created in the 13th, 14th and 15th centuries in Anatoliais tried to be evaluated by especially considering "Dragon Epic" and a edition-criticized text is generated by utilizing the previously published studies of the mentioned epic. The text in our private library is compared with the text published by the A. Guzel and M. Tatci and then the differences between texts are given in the footnotes. Some evaluations about becoming West Oghuz Dialect asa major literature language in Anatoliawith the important role played by the unique artists are given by using the studies carried out on this area. The characters summarized by the episotes of the tale are presented and a short intoductory part about the copies of the mentioned text is also given. The motifs about the "dragon, apple, ox and fish" are interpreted, and how the mythological imaginations belonging to the Far East and Asia are islamized and lived are illustrated.
