dc.description.abstractAsymptotic formulas and numerical estimations for eigenvalues of SturmLiouville problems having singular potential functions, with Dirichlet boundary conditions, are obtained. This study gives a comparison between the eigenvalues obtained by the asymptotic and the numerical methods.
