dc.description.abstractIn this study, outage performance of dual-hop non-orthogonal multiple access system, where the base station simultaneously communicates with two mobile users via a half-duplex amplify-and-forward relay by applying transmit antenna selection/Alamouti space-time block coding technique, is investigated over Raylegih fading channels. By defining fundamental analytical equations, the outage probability of both mobile users is investigated via Monte Carlo simulations. Simulation results demonstrate that outage probability performance of the user with lower power allocation can be improved by the proposed technique, but it does not change for the other user.
