dc.description.abstractWe witness a growing number of e-leaming applications in networked environments. With such an increasing quantity of applications, researchers begin to question how to develop and deliver content to ensure quality. This paper discusses the need and presents a model for developing content in e-learning environments. This model utilizes Winn's information processing model incorporating a constructivist approach to learning. Four phases are proposed and quality content development is discussed within the scope of this model. It is emphasized that technology investment itself does not guarantee the quality content for success in e-learning environments.
