Özet
Arastırmada temel amaç ?ögretmen ve yöneticilerin ?ögretmenlik kariyer basamakları? uygulamasına yükledikleri anlamları belirlemektir. Arastırma görüsme yöntemi ile gerçeklestirilmistir. Arastırma 88 erkek ve 50 kadın olmak üzere toplam 138 kisi ile görüsülerek gerçeklestirilmistir Veriler spss for Windows paket programı yardımı ile frekans, yüzdelikler, s ve Kay-Kare teknikleri kullanılarak analiz edilmistir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda asagıdaki bulgulara ulasılmıstır. 1. Ögretmen ve yöneticileri ögretmenlik kariyer basamaklarına yönelik uygulamasına sırasıyla; a. Adaletsiz b. Gereksiz c. Ayrımcı d. Gerekli e. Yetersiz f. Motive edici ve g. Gelistirici anlamlar yükledikleri bulunmustur. 2. Ögretmenlerin ögretmenlik kariyer basamaklarına yönelik uygulamaya agırlıklı olarak adaletsiz ve ayrımcı atıfları yaptıkları bulunmustur. 3. Yöneticiler ögretmenlik kariyer basamaklarına yönelik uygulamaya agırlıklı olarak yetersiz anlam yükledikleri bulunmustur. 4. Ögretmen ve yöneticilerin ögretmenlik kariyer basamaklarına yönelik uygulamaya farlı anlamlar yükledikleri bulunmustur. 5. Ögretmen ve yöneticilerin ?Ögretmenlik Kariyer Basamakları? uygulamasına iliskin yaptıkları atıflar arasında cinsiyetlerine göre fark[X2 (6) = 3,92, P>0,05 ] anlamlı degildir. 6. Ögretmen ve yöneticilerin ?Ögretmenlik Kariyer Basamakları? uygulamasına iliskin yaptıkları atıflar arasında yaslarına göre fark anlamlı degildir. 7. Ögretmen ve yöneticilerin ?Ögretmenlik Kariyer Basamakları? uygulamasına iliskin yaptıkları atıflar arasında kıdemlerine göre fark anlamlı degildir. 8. The main aim in this study is to define meaning of the secondary school teachers attributing to `meaning the teaching career levels of teachers and managers?.This study was conducted with the method of interview.The study was performed by interviewing with 88 male and 50 female totally 138 people.Data were analyzed with the help of spss for Windows packaged ,by using frequencies ,persentages,s and ki ?square techniques.After making analyses ,the findings below were found after analyzes. 1)The meaning which was put on practice of the teaching career levels of teachers and managers by teachers and managers are as follows; a)Injustice b)Unnecessary c)Discriminating d)Necessary e)Inadequate f)Motivating g)Supporting self-improment 2)The meaning which was put on practice of the teaching career levels of teachers are mostly found injustice and discriminating. 3)It was found that the the meaning which was put on practice of the teaching career levels of teachers were inadequate. 4)It was found that the meaning which was put on practice of the teaching career levels of teachers were attribubed different meaning. 5)When the gender is considered the difference that the meaning which was put on practice of the teaching career levels of the teachers is found meaningless. 6)The difference in according to their ages that the meaning which was attributed practice of the teaching career levels of the teachers isn?t different. 7)The difference in according to their seniority that the meaning which was attributed practice of the teaching career levels of the teachers is meaningless. 8) The difference in according to their education step that the meaning which was attributed practice of the teaching career levels of the teachers is meaningless.
