Özet
Çalışmanın amacı öncelikle kamu politikası analizinin kavramsal ve kuramsal gelişimini tarihsel süreçte tartışmaktır. Özellikle kamu politikası analizi çalışmalarının gelişimi, kuramsal temelleri, analiz yaklaşımları ve öne çıkan kimi kamu politikası analizi modelleri irdelenmiştir. Ayrıca bu modellerin gelişmesi sürecindeki kuramsal tartışmalar incelenerek, kamu politikası analizi çalışmalarının kuramsal çerçevesi ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır
The primarily aim of this study is to discuss the conceptual and theoretical development of public policy analysis in the historical process. Particularly the development of public policy analysis studies, theoretical foundations, analysis approach and some featured public policy analysis models were examined. And also by examining the theoretical discourses on the development process of these models, it has tried to present the theoretical framework of public policy analysis studies
