Abstract
Lojistik; son dönemlerdeki en genel tanımıyla; doğru malzemenin, doğru miktarda, doğru durumda, doğru yerde, doğru zamanda, doğru tüketiciye, doğru fiyatla ulaşması olarak tanımlanabilir. Ülkemizde lojistik sektörü son yıllarda gelişme gösteren, genç bir sektördür. Türkiye coğrafi konumu itibariyle Ortadoğu, Türk Cumhuriyetleri ve Avrupa arasında bir aktarma merkezi oluşturmasından kaynaklanan avantajlı konuma sahiptir. Ancak bu konumunu ekonomik geli?meye ve ticaret hacmine yansıtamamaktadır. Bunun tabi ki çok fazla sebebi vardır ama lojistik açıdan bakıldığında karayolu ve demiryolu projelerinin hayata geçirilmesinde gecikme, ayrıca hava ve deniz yolu limanlarının gücünü arzu edilen seviyede kullanamaması da büyük etkendir. Bu çalışmada lojistik kavramı, türleri ve lojistik sektörünün tarihine değinildikten sonra, Türkiye?de lojistik sektörü anlatılmıştır. Ayrıca çalışmamızda Avrupa Birliği?ne yeni üye olan ülkelerden Romanya ve Macaristan?ın lojistik sektörü de Türkiye ile karşılaştırmalı olarak değerlendirilmiştir.
The recent general description of logistics is the right production should rich to do right consumer with right quantity at the right situation at the right place with right timing. Logistic is one of the young sectors which is recently improving in our country. Turkey has such advantages with it is cografical location that is central of amount to middle east Turkish republic and Europe but it is not reflecting its economical situation to its economic improvement and its volume of trade. Of course it is because of many reasons but at the logistics side the biggest factor is effectuating of project of railways and roadways was laid and level of the power of seaport and airport was not as much as it was expected.Transportation sector of turkey was explained after dealing with history of logistic sector and with its kinds in this work. Beside this logistic sector of the new members of EU which is Romania and Hungary was comparable explained.
