Özet
Bu tez çalışmasında alfa, beta, gama ve nötron spektroskopisinde kullanılan elektroniğin evrimi araştırılmıştır. Nükleer spektroskopide yaygın olarak temel ve kompleks elektronik üniteler kullanılmaktadır. Bu tezde nükleer spektroskopide kullanılan elektroniğin evrimi ve PARIS projesinde kullanılması düşünülen LaBr3(Ce)+NaI(Tl) fosfor sandviç dedektöründe kullanılacak dijital elektronik sistemleri araştırdık. EUROGAM spektrometresi, 8? spektrometresi, AGATA ve PARIS projesi dedektör topluluğunda kullanılan elektronik sistemlerin yapısı araştırıldı. Hazırlanan bu tez ile nükleer spektroskopi alanında çalışacak araştırmacılara nükleer spektroskopide kullanılan farklı elektronik sistemler hakkında detaylı literatür bilgi ve örnekler sunuldu.
In this thesis the evaluation of electronics which have been used for alpha, beta, gamma and neutron spectroscopy was investigated. In nuclear spectroscopy, generally fundamental and complex electronic units are used. In this thesis, we investigated the evaluation of elektronic which are used in nuclear spectroscopy and elektronic which will be used in LaBr3(Ce)+NaI(Tl) fosfor sandiviçdetector for PARIS Project. The structure of electronic systems which are used in EUROGAM spectrometer, 8? spectrometer, AGATA and PARIS Project detector are investigated. With this thesis we present a detailliterature knowledge and examples about different electronics which are used in nuclear spectroscopy to people who are going to work in nuclear spectroscopy.
