Özet
Bu çalışmada, radyasyon dedeksiyonunda kullanılan yarıiletken dedektörler tanıtılarak, bu dedektörlerin tipleri, özellikleri ve kullanım alanları hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Yarıiletken dedektörlerinin kullanım amaçları verilerek, benzer özellikler içeren diğer dedektör tipleri ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu karşılaştırılmalarla birlikte bu dedektörler de kullanılan elektronik sistemler ve bu sistemlerin hangilerinin avantajlı olduğu belirtilmiştir. In this study, types of semiconductor detectors that used in radiation detection were introduced with their types, properties, applications and their specifications. The usage purposes of semiconductor detectors are given and also are compared with other type of detectors which are used for similar purposes.
