Özet
Bu araştırmada 16-19 yaşlar arası erkek hentbolcular da 8 haftalik pliometrik antrenmanın bazı motorik özelliklere etkisi incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmada deney grubu olarak Adana Şakirpaşa Halk Eğitim Merkezin de antrenman yapan yaşları 16 ile 19 arasında değişen 24 erkek oyuncudan oluşan bir hentbol takımından seçilmiştir. Denekler rastgele olarak 12'şer kişilik deney ve kontrol grubu olarak ikiye ayrılmışlardır. Deney grubuna 8 hafta boyunca haftanın 3 günü pliometrik antrenman uygulanmıştır. Kontrol grubuna ise araştırma boyunca herhangi bir pliometrik antrenman uygulanmamıştır. Deney grubunun boy ölçümleri 174,4 ? 0,06 m, kontrol grubunun boy ölçümleri 177,7 ?0,06 m., olarak tespit edilmiştir. Deney grubunun yaş ortalamaları 157,00?13,08 yıl, kontrol grubunun yaş ortalamaları 143,00?11,92 yıl olarak bulunmuştur. Deney grubunun ağırlık ölçümleri 113,00?9,42 kg., kontrol grubunun ağırlık ölçümleri 187,00?15,58 kg., olarak tespit edilmiştir. Grupların yaş ve boy ortalamaları arasında anlamlı bir fark olmadığı tespit edilirken, kilo ortamaların da kontrol grubu lehine anlamlı bir fark bulunmuştur. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre deney grubu ve kontrol grubun ön test ölçümlerinden vücut ağırlığı ( Z= -2,14), yatay sıçrama(t=-3,10), bacak kuvveti ( Z= -1,96), sağ el sağlık topu atma( Z= -2,60) için anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur. Deney ve kontrol gruplarının son test sırt kuvveti (t= 2,38), vücut ağırlığı( Z= -2,22), bacak kuvveti( Z= -2,57), çift el sağlık topu atma( Z= -2,46) için anlamlı farklılık saptanmıştır. Deney grubu ön test ve son test ölçümlerine göre vücut ağırlığı (t =3,33), dikey sıçrama (Z= -3,08), yatay sıçrama (Z= -3,08), 30m sürat (Z= -3,06), sırt kuvveti (t = - 3,65), bacak kuvveti (t = - 2,94), sağ el sağlık topu atma (Z= -2,43), sağ ayak denge (Z= -2,51), sol ayak denge (Z= -2,07) için anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur. Kontrol grubu ön test ve son test ölçümlerine dikey sıçrama (Z= -2,07), sağ el sağlık topu atma (t = 2,68), sol el sağlık topu atma (Z= -2,25), sağ ayak denge (Z= -2,51), sol ayak denge (Z= -2,12) için anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur. Sonuç olarak; Yapılan bu çalışmada bakılan parametrelerin bir çoğunda olumlu gelişmeler elde edilmiş olup hentbol oyuncularının antrenmanlarında bu tip çalışmalara yer vermeleri gerekliliğine inanıyoruz, aynı zaman da hentbol sporunun karakteristik özelliklerine benzer spor branşlarında bu tip antrenman metotlarıyla da antre olmalarını öneriyoruz.
In this study, the effect of 8 weekly plyometric training was researched on some motoric caractetristics in 16-19 years old male handball players. In this study, male handball players who are training in Adana Şakirpaşa Public Training Center were selected as a test group consisting of 24 male players whose ages ranged from 16 to 19 years old. The players were randomly divided into two groups each group consist of 12 players as experimental and control groups. The experimental group was given 8 weeks of plyometric training for 3 days a week. For the control group no plyometric training was performed during the study. The height measurements of the experimental group were found as 174,4 ? 0,06 m, and the height measurements of the control group were found as 177,7 ?0,06 m. The average age of the experimental group was identified as 157,00?13,08 years, and the average age of the control group was identified as 143,00?11,92 years. The weight measurements of the experimental group were found as 113,00?9,42 kg, and the weight measurements of the control group were found as 187,00?15,58 kg. While no significant difference was found between the groups' age and height averages, a significant difference was found for weight average in favor of the control group. According to the results of the study, a significant difference was found in pre test measurements for body weight (Z = -2,14), horizontal jump (t = -3,10), leg force (Z = -1.96), right hand medicine ball throwing (Z = -2.60) of the experimental group and the control group. A significant difference was detected in post test measurements for back force (t = 2.38), body weight (Z = -2.22), leg force (Z = -2.57), double hand medicine ball throw (Z = -2,46) of the experimental group and the control group. According to the pre test and post test measurements of the experimental and control group, a significant difference was found for body weight (t = 3.33), vertical jump (Z = -3,08), horizontal jump (Z = -3,08), 30 m speed (Z = -3.06), back force (t = - 3.65), leg force (t = - 2.94), right hand medicine ball throwing (Z = -2,43), right foot balance (Z = -2.51), left foot balance (Z = -2.07). According to the pre test and post test measurements of the control group, a significant difference was found for vertical jump (Z = -2.07), right hand medicine ball throwing (t = 2.68), left hand medicine ball throwing (Z = -2.25), right foot balance (Z = -2.51), left foot balance (Z = -2.12). As a result; in this study, positive developments were found in most of the parameters which are examined, and we believe that it is necessary for handball players to include such a work in their training, and we also recommend that sports branches which have similar characteristics of handball branch should be trained with this type of training methods.
