Özet
Bugüne kadar Türkoloji sahasõnda şiveler üzerine çok çeşitlli tekniklerle çok çeşitli çalõşmalar ortaya konmuştur. Bu çalõşmalar arasõnda karşõlaştõrmalõ şive çalõşmalarõnõn da yeri çok büyüktür. Biz de bu çalõşmamõzda karşõlaştõrma yöntemini kullandõk. Kuzey Grubu Şiveleri Yapõm Ekleri üzerine hazõrladõğõmõz bu çalõşmada; Karaim, Nogay, Kumuk ve gelişmiş bir yazõ dili olan Kazak Türkçesi’nin yapõm ekleri tarihi gelişimleri içerisinde ele alõnmõş; bahsedilen şivelerdeki eklerin benzerlikleri, ses değişimleri ve fonksiyon farklõlõklarõ araştõrõlarak ortaya konmuştur. Ayrõca şivelerde kullanõmda olup Eski Türkçede karşõlõğõ bulunmayan eklerle; Eski Türkçede kullanõlmõş fakat bugün şivelerde bulunmayan eklerin tespit edilmiştir Ekler, önce Eski Türkçe Döneminde fonksiyonlarõ ile birlikte ele alõnarak örnek tespiti yapõlmõştõr. Daha sonra bu eklerin Tarihi Kõpçak Türkçesi dönemindeki şekilleri, fonksiyonlarõ ve örnekleri verilmiştir. Bu şekilde ekin tarihi gelişimine bir parça olsun õşõk tutmak istenmiştir. Sonra da sõrasõ ile Kazak Türkçesi, Kumuk Türkçesi, Nogay Türkçesi ve Karaim Türkçesinde ekler bugünkü şekilleri, fonksiyonlarõ ve örnekleriyle verilerek, eklerin mümkün olduğunca değişik varyantlarõ ile örnekleri tespit edildi.
On the fõeld of Turkology there are lots of studões wõth lots of technõcs on accents. in these studies, comperative accents studies have a wide area. We also use this comparative method in our studies. In this study which we prepared on north group accents, Karaim, Nogay, Kumyk and Kazakh Turkish, as a developped written language, formation supplementals considered in historical developments, the differences of supplementals, voice differences and function differences were inspected and betrayed of the above mentioned accents. Also the supplamentals which are in use in the accents but never used in Old Turkish and the supplamentals which were used in old Turkish but not in use todays accents are find. These supplamentals are taken together with the functions during Old Turkish period and found samples, then the samples and functions of these supplamentals during Historical Kipcak Turkish period. with this method we try to clarify the historical developments of the supplamentry. Afterwards in order of Kazakh Turkish, Kumyk Turkish, Nogay Turkish and Karaim Turkish supplamentaries with functions and samples are shown with several different variants.
