Özet
Bu çalışmada, pamuklu tekstil atıksuyu için hazırlanan simüle bir atıksu, anaerobik (YAÇYR)/aerobik (SKTR) ardışık reaktör sistemi kullanılarak arıtılmıştır. Anaerobik reaktörde 2,8 günlük bir hidrolik bekleme süresi (HBS) ve 1,13 kg/m3.gün'lük organik yükleme hızında %67 KOİ giderilirken, renk tamamen giderilmiştir. Aerobik reaktörde ise 10 günlük HBS ve 0,104 kg/m3.gün'lük organik yükleme hızında %77 KOİ giderim verimi elde edilirken, toplam sistemde %92 KOİ giderim verimi elde edilmiştir. Toplam aromatik aminler (TAA) anaerobik kademede birikirken, aerobik kademede %50 oranında giderilmiştir. Toplam sistemde KOİ ve renk etkin olarak giderilmiştir.
In this study, a simulated cotton textile wastewater was treated using anaerobic (UASB)/aerobic (CSTR) reactor system. COD removal efficiency was 67%, while the color was completely removed at a hydraulic retention time (HRT) of 2.8 day and an organic loading rate of 1.13 kg COD/m3.day in UASB reactor. COD removal efficiency was 77% at a HRT of 10 days and at an organic loading rate of 0.104 kg COD/m3.day in aerobic reactor, while the COD removal efficiency was 92% in total system. Total aromatic amines (TAA) were accumulated in anaerobic stage, while TAA removal efficiency found to be 50% in aerobic stage. COD and color were effectively removed in the total system.
