dc.description.abstractIV ÖZET Şer'iyye Sicilleri, Osmanlı Devletinde bütün hukuki kayıtları ihtiva eden belgelerdir. Biz Şer'iyye Sicillerinden H.1307(M.1890)-H.1310(M.1893) yılları arası Niğde Sancağı'nı ilgilendiren 12 Nolu defterin 155-246 sayfaları arasının transkribini yapmaya çalıştık. Şer'iyye Sicilleri genel tarih, hukuk, iktisat tarihi, askeri açıdan büyük önem arzeder. Niğde Sancağı'nı ilgilendiren 12 Nolu defterin 155-246 sayfaları arasındaki belgeler belge çeşitleri açısından hüccet adı verilen belgelerden oluşmaktadır. Hüccet, kadı'nın kararını ihtiva etmeyen belgedir. İncelediğimiz defterde belgeler içerik açısından veraset, vekalet, nafaka, vasi tayini, boşanma, satış mukavelesi, vakıfları konu edinmiştir.
dc.description.abstractIll ABSTRACT Court judgement are the documents which include all the Juridical registrations of the Ottoman Empire. In this paper we tried to make the transcript of the documents between the pages 155-246 in the number 12th notebook. Which is related to the Niğde Sanjak. Court judgement hold on important place in general history, law, The history of economy and military. The documents between the pages 155- 246 in the number 12 notebook are the documents which don't include the judge's according to the clasification of the documents. Which don't include the judge's is a kind of document which dosen't include the verdict of the judge. The documents we have checked are related to heritage, power of attorney, alimany, divarce, sale contract and fund.
