Özet
Temel zeminlerinin problemli olması halinde, en genel çözüm derin temel (kazıklı temel) seçilerek yapı temellerinin tasarlanmasıdır. Bazı hallerde yüzeysel temel taşıma gücü açısından yeterlidir fakat oturmaları kabul edilebilir değerleri aşabilir. Bu şartlarda, yüzeysel temelin altında kazıklar oturmayı azaltıcı eleman olarak kullanılmaktadır. ?Kazıklı radye temel? olarak adlandırılan bu sistemler, kazıklı temellere göre daha ekonomik bir çözümdür. Kazıklı radye temellerin tasarımında dikkate alınması gereken önemli etkenlerden birisi de kazıklar arası aks mesafesinin seçimidir. Bu çalışmada, yüksek plastisiteli killi bir zemin üzerine kazıklı radye temel, sonlu elemanlar paket programı Plaxis 3D Foundation ve Plaxis 2D ile modellenmiş, kazık aks aralığına göre oluşturulan modellerin analiz sonuçları karşılaştırılmış ve yorumlanmıştır. Genel eğilim olarak iki ve üç boyutlu analizlerde, kazıklar arası mesafenin (s/D) artmasıyla oturma, kayma deformasyonu ve hacimsel deformasyonda azalma meydana gelmişken, bir eşik değer olarak s ? 6D olması halinde adı geçen büyüklüklerde belirgin bir değişim meydana gelmediği (sabit kaldığı) ya da yavaş azaldığı belirlenmiştir
If the foundation soil has problems, the general solution is the design of the structure foundations by selecting the deep foundation (pile foundation). In some cases, shallow foundations are enough in terms of bearing capacity but their settlements may be over the acceptable values. In these conditions, the piles under the shallow foundations are used as settlement-reducer elements. Named as ?Piled Raft Foundations?, these systems are more economical solutions than pile foundations. One of the important factors which have to be considered in the design of piled raft foundations is the selection of the axis space between the piles. In this study, piled raft foundation with different pile spacings on a high-plasticity clay soil were modelled by the Plaxis 3D Foundation and Plaxis 2D software packages based on finite element method. The results of the models made based on different pile spacings were compared and interpreted. As a general trend in accordance with the results of two-and three-dimensional analyses, the total displacements, shear strains and volumetric strains decreases as pile spacings (s/D) increase. In case of s ? 6D as a threshold value there is not a significant change in the aforementioned quantities (they remain constant) or decrease slightly …
