Abstract
Bu çalışmada çocuk işçiliğine yönelik uluslararası standartlar incelenmektedir. Çocuk işçiliği sorununun hukuki, siyasi, sosyal ve ekonomik boyutu başta olmak üzere birçok boyutu bulunmaktadır. Bununla birlikte ilk başta hukuksal çerçevenin oluşturulması büyük önem taşımaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı, çocuk işçiliği ile ilgili uluslararası belgelerde yer alan düzenlemeleri ortaya koymak suretiyle ulusal düzeyde alınması gereken yasal ve idari önlemlere ışık tutmaktır. Çalışmada uluslararası belgelerin çocuk işçiliğine yönelik temel standartlar geliştirdiği ve birçok ülkenin ulusal mevzuatına esin kaynağı oluşturduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Ancak bu belgelerin etkili denetim sistemi öngörmemeleri önemli bir eksiklik olarak kendini göstermektedir.
In this study, international standards of Child labor have been investigated. There are several dimensions of Child labors problem, including legal, political, social and economical issues. Never the less, it is important to develop the legal frame of the issue. The aim of this study is to highlight the international documents on Child labor to help developing national legal and administrative arrangements. The findings of the study show that an international document about Child labor is the primary source of a great number of national legislation. However, lack of an effective auditing system in these documents is a major weakness.
