Özet
Modern dönem öncesi toplumlarda yaşayan insanların çalışma şekliyle günümüz toplumlarında yaşayan insanların çalışma şekilleri birbirinden oldukça farklıdır. Bugünkü iş yaşamı James Watt'ın buhar makinesini icat etmesiyle ortaya çıkan sanayileşme ile başlamıştır. Sanayi devrimi sayesinde kurulan ve günümüz fabrika sistemlerinin temelini oluşturan akıllı fabrikalar sayesinde çalışma yerleri düzene girmiş ve insan yaşamı da bir değişim geçirerek yenilenmiştir. Sanayi devrimi ile iş yaşamında da ciddi değişmeler görülmeye başlamış bilgi toplumunda görülen ilerlemeler sayesinde farklı iş modelleri ortaya çıkmaya başlamıştır. Tarım sektöründen endüstriye ve endüstriden hizmet sektörüne uzanan bu değişimlerle üretim metotları değişiklik göstermiş hiç adı duyulmayan iş sektörleri oluşmaya başlamıştır. Sanayi devrimi 18.yy'da üretimi yapılan modern olmayan dokuma tezgahlarıyla başlamış günümüzde ise, modern üretim yapan fabrikalara dönüşmüştür. İktisadi Düşünce tarihinde Sanayi Devrimi: Geçmişten Günümüze isimli teorik çalışmada 18. yüzyıl ve sonrasında sanayi devrimleri ve süreçleri incelenmiştir. Teknolojik yenilikler Sanayi Devriminin gelişim süreci ve iktisadi yapılanmaya etkisi ele alınmıştır. Tarihsel süreçte incelediğimizde dört sanayi devrimi olmuştur. I. Sanayi devriminde buhar makinesi, II. Sanayi devriminde elektrik, III. Sanayi devriminde internet, IV. Sanayi devriminde ise makinelerin ön planda olduğu dijitalleşme dönemi yaşanmıştır. Global dünyada gerek teknoloji alanında gerek ticari alanda gün geçtikçe rekabet had safhaya çıkmıştır. Sonuç olarak, Sanayi Devrimi insanlık tarihinin en önemli unsurlarından birisi olmuştur. Bilim insanlarınca kamu ile ilgili iktisat tarihi, sosyolojik vb. birçok alanda sanayi devriminin siyasi, sosyal ve yönetsel etkileri araştırılmıştır. Sözü edilen bu alanlardaki değişim ve dönüşümler yönetimi iş bölümü, uzmanlaşma, kamu yönetimi, büyüme, gelir dağılımı, fiyat istikrarı vb. birçok alanda görülmemiş büyüklükte ve hızda gelişmelere yol açmıştır. The way people work in pre-Modern societies is quite different from the way people work in modern societies. His business life today began with the industrialization that arose when James Watt invented the steam engine. Thanks to the Industrial Revolution and the smart factories that form the basis of today's factory systems, workplaces have been streamlined and human life has been renewed by changing. With the Industrial Revolution, serious changes in business life began to be seen thanks to the advances seen in the information society, different business models began to emerge. With these changes ranging from the agricultural sector to the industry and from the industry to the service sector, production methods have changed and business sectors that have never been heard of have begun to form. Industrial Revolution 18.it started with modern non-woven looms produced in the century, and today it has turned into modern manufacturing factories. Industrial Revolution in the history of Economic Thought: a theoretical study from the past to the present 18. industrial revolutions and processes in the century and beyond have been studied. Technological innovations the development process of the Industrial Revolution and its impact on economic structuring are discussed. In the historical process, there have been four industrial revolutions. I. Steam engine in the Industrial Revolution, II. Electricity in the Industrial Revolution, III. Internet in the Industrial Revolution, IV. In the industrial revolution, there was a period of digitalization in which machines were at the forefront. In the Global world, both in the field of technology and in the commercial field, competition has reached a stage every day. As a result, the Industrial Revolution has become one of the most important elements in human history. Economic history, sociological, etc.related to the public by scientists. in many areas, the political, social and managerial effects of the Industrial Revolution have been investigated. Change and transformation management in these areas in question division of labor, specialization, Public Administration, growth, income distribution, price stability, etc. it has led to developments of unprecedented magnitude and speed in many areas.
