| dc.description.abstract | Finansal yönetimin en önemli konularından birisi de "firma değerlemesi" dir. Firma değerlemesi, şirket birleşme ve satın almalarından portföy değerlemeye kadar farklı birçok alanda kullanılmaktadır. Firma değerini tespite yönelik farklı birçok yöntem olmakla birlikte en çok kullanılanlardan birisi de indirgenmiş nakit akımları yöntemidir. Çalışmada firma değerleme konusu ele alınmakta ve kavramsal çerçevesi ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Özellikle indirgenmiş nakit akımları yöntemi ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiş ve Kosova'da faaliyet gösteren bir firmanın değeri, söz konusu yöntemle tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma incelenen konuların genel bir değerlendrmesini içeren sonuç bölümü ile tamamlanmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | One of the most important issues of financial management is the company valuation. Company valuation is used in many different fields, from company mergers and acquisitions to portfolio valuation. Although there are many different methods for determining the value of the company, the most commonly used method is the discounted cash flows method. In this study, the firm handles the subject of valuation and tries to put forward the conceptual concept. In particular, the discounted cash flows method has been examined in detail and the value of a company that operates in Kosovo and has been determined with this method. The study was introduced with the result of a general evaluation of the subjects studied. | |
