dc.description.abstractBu çalışma devrim sonrası İran İslam Cumhuriyeti’nin egemenlik anlayışını ortaya koymaya çalışmaktadır. İran’da devrim sonrası kurulan İslam Cumhuriyeti egemenlik ve meşruiyet anlayışı Humeyni’nin velâyet-i fakih nazariyesine dayanmaktadır. Humeyni bu dini nazariyesi ile Şia’nın temel İslami söylemini değiştirmiştir. Klasik Şii siyasi düşüncesi dışında olan bu görüş devrim sırasında Humeyni’nin isteği ve mücadelesiyle anayasaya girmiştir. Yeni anayasada egemenlik ve meşruiyetinin temel kaynağı din olmuştur. Velâyet-i fakih makamı ise İran İslam Cumhuriyeti’nde en üst siyasi ve dini makam haline gelmişti. Veliy-i fakih İran devlet başkanı konumundadır. Yasama, yürütme ve yargının üzerinde bir makama sahiptir. En üst düzey askeri ve sivil bürokratları o atamaktadır.
dc.description.abstractThis study examines the sovereignty understanding of the Islamic Republic of Iran after the revolution. The sovereignty and legitimacy understanding of the Islamic Republic which was established aftermath the revolution is based on Khomeini’s vilayat-i faqih theory. The core of Shi’te Islamic discourse has shifted by Khomeini’s religious theory. The theory that against the traditional Shi’te political thought ratified by the wish and political struggle of Khomeini. In the new constitution, religion was the sole source of legatimacy and sovereignty. The Vilayat-i faqih has become the highest rank as a religious and political post in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The Vilayat-i faqih is offically head of state in Iran. It is superior to the legislative, executive and juridiciary. The highest civil and military ranks assigned by him.
