Özet
Globalleşmenin ve bilgi ekonomisinin etkilerinin her geçen gün daha fazla hissedildiği günümüz dünyasında, işletmecilik alanında pek çok yeni kavram ve anlayış ortaya konulmakta ya da yeniden tanımlanmaktadır. Bu süreçte kurumsal yönetim ve entellektüel sermaye kavramları hem akademisyenler hem de uygulamacılar tarafından yoğun ilgi gören konuların başında gelmektedir. Bu çalışmada araştırmacılar ve uygulamacılar tarafından yoğun ilgi gören kurumsal yönetimin rolü ve özellikleri entellektüel sermaye kavramı ile bağlantılı olarak incelenmektedir.
In today’s world where the effects of globalization and information economy are observed more and more every day, many new concepts and thoughts are introduced and/or are also redefined in the field of business. In this period, corporate governance and intellectual capital are two of the concepts that attract the interests of both academicians and practitioners. This study discusses the role and features of intellectual capital from corporate governance perspective.
