Leriche syndrome is the obstruction of the infrarenal aorta or bilateral iliac artery bifurcation. It is a peripheral vascular disease and can affect both lower extremities. It is arare disease with high mortality rates. The characteristic symptoms are claudicationin the leg, decreased or absent femoral pulses and male erectile disorder. Lerichesyndrome’s treatment is surgery
