Özet
Araştırmada; Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı İlköğretim okullarının II. Kademesinde okutulmakta olan 6., 7. ve 8. sınıf sosyal alan ders kitaplarının, görsel boyut ve içerik tutarlılığı açısından incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın alt problemlerini, ?ünite başlıkları-konu başlıkları?, ?konu başlıkları-metin ana fikri?, ?konu başlıkları-görsel öğeler? ve ?metin ana fikri-görsel? öğelerin tutarlılık boyutlarının incelenmesi oluşturmuştur.Tarama modeline uygun olarak düzenlenen araştırma evrenini, 2008?2009 eğitim-öğretim yılı İlköğretim II. Kademede okutulan sosyal alan öğrenci ders kitapları üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir.Araştırmanın örneklemini, Türkiye'de Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı, Talim ve Terbiye Kurulu Başkanlığınca hazırlanan İlköğretim II. Kademe 6. sınıf Türkçe, Sosyal Bilgiler ve Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi, 7. sınıf Türkçe, Sosyal Bilgiler ve Din Kültürü Ahlak Bilgisi ve 8. sınıf İnkılâp Tarihi ve Atatürkçülük, Türkçe, Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi ders kitapları olmak üzere toplam 9 adet ders kitabı oluşturmuştur.Araştırmanın verileri, her bir ders kitabında yer alan üniteler ve tüm alt konu başlıkları değerlendirme ölçeğine yerleştirilmiştir. Bahsi geçen ünite konuları ölçekte yer alan ?Hiç, Az, Orta, Çok ve Tamamen? derecelerinden oluşan tablolar aracılığıyla toplanmıştır.Araştırmada şu sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır: İlköğretim II. Kademe 6. 7. ve 8. sınıflar sosyal alan ders kitaplarının, görsel boyut ve içerik tutarlılığı kısmen yeterli düzeydedir. İlköğretim II. Kademe 6., 7. ve 8. sınıflar Sosyal Alan ders kitaplarında, ünite başlıkları ile konu başlıkları yüksek oranda tutarlıdır. İlköğretim II. Kademe 6., 7. ve 8. sınıflar Sosyal Alan ders kitaplarında, konu başlıkları ile metin ana fikri yüksek oranda tutarlıdır. İlköğretim II. Kademe 6., 7. ve 8. sınıflar Sosyal Alan ders kitaplarında, konu başlıkları ile görsel öğeler tutarlılığı orta düzeydedir. İlköğretim II. In the research : It is aimed to analyse 6th,7th and 8th classes social field textboks that are being taught in the second grade of the primary schools affiliated to the Ministry of Education in terms of visual dimension and content consistency.Examination of the unit title-subject heading,subject heading- main idea of the text,subject heading-visual elements and main idea of the text-consistency dimension of the visual elements form the sub-problems of the research.Social field boks that are taught in 2008-2009 academic year in the second grade of the primary school form the research group that is organized appropriate to the screening model.The samples of the research are composed of 9 textbooks including primary school second grade 6th class Turkish,Social Sciences and Religion and Ethics,7th class Turkish,Social Sciences and Religion and Ethics,8th class Revolution History and Kemalism, Turkish, Religion and Ethics books.The data of the study is established on the assessment criteria that is present in each textbook and used for the units and all the sub-titles. The unit topics that is mentioned were collected via the tables which are consist of ?None,Little,Medium,Very and Completely? degrees.In the research following conclusions were reached: Visual dimension and content consistency of the primary school second grade ,6th,7th,8th classes textbooks are partly satisfactory.In the primary school second grade ,6th,7th,8th classes Social Field textbooks unit heads are highly consistent with main idea of the text .In primary school second grade 6th,7th and 8th classes Social Field textbooks the consistency of subject headings and visual lements is at the medium level. In primary school second grade 6th,7th and 8th classes Social Field textbooks the consistency of main idea of the text and visual elements is at the medium level.Keyword: Education,Content,Education Programme,Textbook,Teaching Material,Primary Education,Equipment,Visual Staff.
