| dc.description.abstract | Geoteknik mühendisliğinin varlığını oluşturan zemin mekaniği ve temel mühendisliği, inşaat mühendisliğinin uzmanlık dalıdır. Üstyapı-temel-zemin ilişkisini ortaya koyabilmek, zemin yapılarının tasarım ve imalatını yapmak, inşaat mühendisliğine özgü bilgi ve becerilerin varlığını gerektirir.Günümüzde, tüm dünyada olduğu gibi bir yapının yapılması için çeşitli mühendislik ve meslek disiplinlerinin katkı sağlaması, en uygun tasarım için gereklidir. Her mühendislik disiplini kendi uzmanlık dallarında bu çalışmaların öncülüğünü yapmalıdır. Bu çalışmayla geoteknik mühendisliğinin tanımı ve gelişimi ortaya konmuş, geoteknik kavramının doğru algılanabilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışma kapsamında zemin etüt ve geoteknik raporlar, kapsam ve içeriği bakımından değerlendirilmiş, evrensel tanımlamalarıyla beraber Türkiye' deki durum açığa çıkarılmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering which form the existence of the Geotechnical Engineering are expertise branches of Civil Engineering. It is surely needed to have Civil engineering knowledge and abilities in order to put out the triangular relation between structure, foundation and land, and to obtain design and the application of structures.Currently, among the world, to build a structure with the most appropiate and optimum design, the contribution of different engineering and profession branches should be obtained. Every engineering discipline should be the frontiers of these studies in accordance to their branch of expertise. In this study, the description and the development of the Geotechnical Engineering are clearly stated and it is aimed to have a full and true understanding of the term Geotechnics. The soil investigation reports and the geotechnical reports are also considered in terms of scope and content and the situation in Turkey is revealed with their universal definitions. | |
