Özet
İktisadi Büyüme ve Kurumsal İktisat İlişkisi isimli yüksek lisans tezinde, iktisadi büyüme kavramı ve teorileri, kurumsal iktisat kavramı ve iktisadi büyümeye etkilerinin araştırılması, incelenmesi ve genel teorik bir sonuca ulaşmak amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem olarak, Türkiye ve Dünya genelinde konu hakkında yazılmış olan süreli ve süresiz yayınlar kaynaklar araştırılıp incelenmiştir. İncelenen kaynaklardan faydalanılarak çalışmanın teorik yapısı için gerekli veriler toplanarak çalışmada kullanılmıştır. Ekonomik büyüme kavramı, Schumpeter ile başlamış, sonrasında bu alana önemli teorik katkılarda bulunan birçok bilim insanı tarafından geliştirilerek ortaya çeşitli teoriler çıkmıştır. Çalışmada bu teorilere detaylıca değinilerek, günümüzdeki durumları anlaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Özellikle, birbirinden farklı teorilerin, birbirlerini çürütmeye yönelik çaba ve söylemleri irdelenmiş, teorilerin fikir sahiplerinin söylemlerine yer verilmiştir. Ekonomik büyüme üzerindeki etkisini anlamak için kurumsal iktisat kavramı ve içine aldığı tüm kavram ve terimler detaylıca araştırılmış ve sonuç olarak ekonomik büyüme üzerine etkisi matematiksel teorik yapılarıyla ifade edilmiştir. Bunların yanında, devlet, siyasi yapı, kurumlar, firmalar, kurumsal kalite gibi kritik kavramlar incelenerek, yine ekonomik büyüme üzerine etkileri detaylandırılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, Ekonomik büyüme üzerine teoriler sürekli gelişmekte ve değişmektedir. Ancak ekonomik büyüme parametreleri sabittir ve etkileri tartışılmazdır. Ayrıca, ekonomik büyüme verileri ile Dünya'daki devletlerin yapılarını, siyasi ve ekonomik konumlarını, toplumların sosyal yapılarını değerlendirmek mümkündür.
In this master thesis which named The Concept of Economıc Growth and Its Relatıonshıp wıth Instıtutıonal Economıcs, It is aimed to research and examine the concept and theories of economic growth, the concept of institutional economics and its effects on economic growth and to reach a general theoretical conclusion. As a method, periodicals and non-periodical publications written on the subject in Turkey and around the world were examined. By using the sources examined, the necessary data for the theoretical structure of the study were collected and used in the study. The concept of economic growth, suggested by Schumpeter, developed by many scientists, who made significant theoretical contributions to the field, and various new theories emerged based on it. In the study, the theories were touched upon in detail and the current situation was tried to be understood. Especially, the efforts and discourses of different theories to refute each other were examined, and the statements of the opinion holders of the theories were included. In order to understand its effect on economic growth, the concept of institutional economics and all the concepts and terms it includes have been researched in detail and as a result, its effect on economic growth has been expressed with mathematical theoretical structures. In addition to these, critical concepts such as state, political structure, institutions, companies, institutional quality are examined and their effects on economic growth are detailed. As a result, theories on economic growth are constantly evolving and changing. However, the parameters of economic growth are stable and their effects are indisputable. In addition, it is possible to evaluate the structures of states in the world, their political and economic positions, and the social structures of societies with economic growth data.
