Özet
Hile, işletmenin bütününe yayılabilen, bütün işletmelerin en önemli sorunlarından biridir. Küreselleşme ile beraber ise ciddi boyutlara ulaşmıştır. Hile, parasal olarak yapılabileceği gibi, yolsuzluk ve ahlaki olmayan davranışlar olarak işletmenin tüm faaliyetlerinde, iş birimlerinde ve muhasebe kalemlerinde meydana gelebilmektedir. Bu durum da hilenin kontrol edilmesini zorlaştırmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, ülke ekonomilerinin vazgeçilmezi olan ve belkemiğini oluşturmuş olan aile işletmelerinin özelliklerini, üstünlük ve eksikliklerini, karşılaştıkları hile sorunlarını ve hileden korunmak için aldıkları/alabilecekleri önlemleri ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmanın giriş bölümünde, çalışmanın ne amaçla yapıldığı, öneminin ne olduğu, hangi yolların izlendiği konuları anlatıldıktan sonra çalışmanın birinci bölümünde aile işletmesi kavramına, aile işletmelerinin temel özelliklerine, kuruluş ve gelişim süreçlerine, üstün ve zayıf yönlerine, aile işletmelerinin karşılaştığı sorunlara yer verilmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde, genel olarak hile kavramı, hilenin özellikleri ve hile yapanların karakteristik özellikleri üzerinde durulmuş, hile belirtileri, hilenin önlenmesi ve hilenin tespit ve önlenmesinde sorumlu taraflara yönelik açıklamalara yer verilmiştir. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde, aile işletmelerine özgü hile belirtileri ve alınan önlemlere ilişkin yapılan araştırmanın amacı ve hipotezleri, kapsamı, sınırları ve yöntemleri hakkında bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen veriler ise analiz edilmiş ve yorumlanmıştır. Bununla birlikte, gerek çalışmanın teorik gerekse araştırma bölümlerinden elde edilen bilgiler doğrultusunda konu ile ilgili önerilere sonuç bölümünde yer verilmiştir.
Fraud is one of the most important problems of all businesses that can spread throughout the whole business. With globalization, it has reached serious dimensions. The fraud could be occurred in monetary terms as well as corruption and immoral behavior in all activities of the companies, in each department and accounting lines. This situation makes it difficult to control fraud. This study aims to reveal the characteristics, superiorities, and shortcomings of family businesses, which are indispensable and the backbone of the country's economies and faced fraud problems and the measures they take/they can take to prevent fraud. In the section of the introduction of this study, the purpose and the importance of the study and the followed pathways subjects are explained. After the introduction, in the first section of the study, the concept of the family business, the basic features of family businesses, establishment and development processes, superiorities and weaknesses, and the faced problems in family businesses are taken place. In the second part of the study, the general concept of fraud, the features of fraud, and the characteristics of fraud are emphasized; the symptoms of fraud, the prevention of fraud, the detection of fraud, and the statements about the responsible parties for the prevention of fraud are included. In the third part of the study, the purpose and hypothesis of the study explain the fraud symptoms encountered and to determine the measures taken in family businesses, their about scope limits and methods, were explained. The data obtained as a result of the research, were analyzed and interpreted. Finally, in line with the information obtained in both theoretical and research parts of the study, there are suggestions on the subject in the results section.
