| dc.description.abstract | Gelişmekte olan ülkelerde KOBİ’ler milli gelirin temel kaynağını oluşturmanın yanısıra girişimcilik için önemli bir alan yaratması ve istihdamı arttırması açısından önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada hem Avrupa Birliği’ne tam üye olmayı hem de karşılıklı ekonomik ve politik ilişkilerini güçlendirmeyi hedeflemeleri sebebiyle Türkiye ve Arnavutluk KOBİ’leri araştırma konusu olarak seçilmiştir.
