Özet
Bu çalışma, Gaz Dağıtım Şirketleri ile Yetkili Doğal Gaz Firmalarının oluşturduğu kabul edilen, doğal gaz sektörü çalışanlarının çevresel duyarlılıklarını belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmaya temel teşkil eden veriler, doğal gaz sektöründe görev yapan yönetici ve çalışanların çevreye yönelik tutumlarını belirlemek amacıyla hazırlanmış; çevreye karşı tutumu ve kalite kontrol sistemlerinin yaptırım gücünü belirlemeye yönelik bir çevre tutum ölçeği anketi uygulanmıştır. Tutum ölçeği maddeleri, alanla ilgili literatür taraması sonucunda oluşturulan bir soru havuzundan seçilmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini, Kahramanmaraş Gaz Dağıtım A.Ş.'ye bağlı 17 kişi, Kahramanmaraş'ta bulunan 13 ayrı Yetkili Doğal Gaz Firmalarından toplamda 30 kişi, Kırşehir Doğal Gaz Dağıtım A.Ş' den 30 ve son olarak ta Kırıkkale Doğal Gaz Dağıtım A.Ş' den 30 kişi olmak üzere 107 çalışan oluşturmaktadır.
This study has been done to determine environmental sensitivity of workers of natural gas sector that is constituted by gas distribution companies and natural gas firms. The data having a foundation to this research were prepared to determine the attitude of manager and workers who are on duty in natural gas sector; questionnaire of environmental attitude measure has been applied to determine the attitude to environment and power sanction of quality control system. Attitude-measure elements have been selected from question pool that was made up the result of literature research. Samples of the research constitute of totally 107 workers, 30 of whom belong to Kahramanmaraş Gas Distribution A.C., 30 of whom is from 13 different Natural gas firms in Kahramanmaraş, 30 people from Kırşehir Natural Gas Distribution A.C. and finally 30 people from Kırıkkale Natural gas Distribution A.C.
