The aim of this study is to determine and monitor the objective and subjective measurements of the load and fatigue faced by professional women's basketball players during training and matches during the half season. Ten young women's basketball players (age = 18.0 ? 1.6 years; height = 176.9 ? 6.6 cm; weight = 68.7 ? 10.2 kg; body mass index = 21.9 ? 2.2 kg/m2) participated in this study voluntarily. Participants were selected from the athletes who trained regularly 5 days a week. Players who missed more than 3 days due to injury, technical reasons other issues have been excluded from further analysis to avoid a significant impact on the training load parameters. All anthropometric measurements of the players were carried out after one night of fasting (12 hours). Measurements were taken from the body with a multi-frequency body composition analyzer from the InBody (720) (Biospace, Korea) for the players' weight and body mass index. Total body weight was calculated from area, volume, length, impedance, and a constant ratio (specific resistance). It was concluded that the athletes reached the lowest level of monotony in the same week and the lowest acute chronic burden rate between weeks. Although the highest monotony value was reached in week 7, the lowest level of tension was also seen in this week. During the 16-week follow-up period, it was observed that the training monotony formed a fluctuating graph between weeks and did not follow a constant course. From the first week to the last week, a fluctuating training tension was observed. Considering the changes in training load intensity of the highest acute changes obtained in the study, we think that the highest probability of injury can be seen in these weeks. Keywords: Basketball, training load, wellness
