dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, stratejik öneme sahip olan krom cevherinin genel özellikleri ve bölge cevher yapısı hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Tesis bazında inceleme ve numune alımları yapılmış daha sonra deneysel çalışmalara geçilmiştir. Tesiste 250 mikron altındaki krom cevherinin alınamadığı, atığa kaçtığı belirlenmiş, elek ve sallantılı masa ilavesi yapılması sonucuna varılmıştır. Tesiste atık, elekten geçirilerek ince boyut ayrılmış ve ilave edilen sallantılı masalara verilmiştir. Yapılan bu değişiklikle, tesiste 9 puanlık verim artışı sağlanmıştır
dc.description.abstractIn this study, it has been given some information about the general properties of chrome ore which has a strategic importance and the structure of ore in region. The examination on plant basis and taking sample has been applied and then experimental studies have been carried out. In plant, -250 micron chrome ore has not been concantrated but it has been obtained in gangue. As a result of this, it has been concluded that sieve and shaking tables must been added to process. In plant, gangue has been sieved, seperated to fine particle size and it has been sent to shaking tables that is added to plant flow sheet. With this modification applied, 9% productivity rising has been achieved.
