dc.description.abstractÇalışmanın konusu 1980-2000 yıllar arası Kazakistan'daki tarih eğitimidir. Araştırmanın amacı ise 1980-2000 yılları arasında Kazakistan'daki üniversitelerde ve okullarda tarihi eğitim sisteminin içeriğinin kapsamlı bir şekilde tarihsel sürecinin karşılaştırmalı araştırılmasıdır. Bu çerçevede bağımsız Kazakistan'da tarih eğitiminin gelişimi analiz edilerek tarih eğitiminin gelişim sürecini ortaya koyabilmeki için yeni stratejik kavramlar sunulmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın ilk kısmında "tarih eğitimi" kavramının teorik ve pratik anlatımı hususunda bilgi aktarıldıktan sonra Kazakistan'da tarih eğitiminin oluşum aşamaları ve yönleri dikkate alınır, bilimsel ve teorik temelleri analiz edilir. Kazak halkının tarih bilincini ve tarihi eğitimini Sovyet hükümetinin komünist politikası doğrultusunda nasıl etkilendiği ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.. Kazakistan'da tarih eğitiminin 1980'li yıllara kadar gelişimi hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci kısımda ise 1980-1990 ve 1991-2000 yıllarında üniversitelerde ve okullarda Kazakistan tarihi konusunun öğretilmesine ilişkin derslerin içerikleri karşılaştırmalı olarak analiz edilmiştir. Üçüncü kısımda Küreselleşme çağında milli tarih eğitiminin temel sorunları belirlenerek yerli tarih eğitiminin gelişiminde yeni stratejik projelerin etkileri ele alınacaktır. Böylece tarih eğitiminin Kazakistan tarihindeki yeri ve önemi açıklığa kavuşturulacaktır.
dc.description.abstractThe topic of the dissertation is Historical education in Kazakhstan from 1980 to 2000. The purpose of the study is a comprehensive historical and comparative analysis of the content of the system of historical education in universities and schools in Kazakhstan for the period 1980-2000. In this regard, new strategic projects for the development of historical education will be considered, with an analysis of the past experience of the development of historical education in independent Kazakhstan. In the first part of the study, after the scientific and practical analysis of the concept of "historical knowledge", the stages and directions of the formation of historical education in Kazakhstan are considered, the scientific and theoretical foundations are analyzed. It is openly stated that the communist policy of the Soviet government influenced the development of the historical consciousness and historical education of the Kazakh people. The author studies the development of historical education in Kazakhstan until the 1980s. The second part of the study provides a comparative analysis of the content and teaching of the subject History of Kazakhstan in universities and schools in 1980-1990 and 1991-2000, which becomes the main object of the study. In the third part of the study, the main problems of Russian historical education in the era of globalization are identified and the ways of implementing new strategic projects in the development of Russian historical education are considered. In addition, the role and significance of historical education in the History of Kazakhstan will be explained.
