dc.description.abstractBu araştırma, İstanbul İli'nde dağılım gösteren akrep (Scorpiones) türlerini ve morfolojiközelliklerini ortaya çıkarmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Ağustos 2004 - Ağustos 2005 tarihleriarasında İstanbul İli, ilçeler ve bunlara bağlı köylerden toplam 141 ergin akrep örneğitoplanmıştır. Örneklerden 18'i Euscorpius mingrelicus, 54'ü Euscorpius carpathicus ve 69'uEuscorpius italicus türüne aittir. Ayrıca İstanbul'da dağılım gösteren akrep türlerinin kayıtyerleri verilerek, sistematik durumları incelenmiştir..
dc.description.abstractThis study was prepared to determine the distribution and morphological characteristics ofscorpion species (Ordo: Scorpiones) in İstanbul province. A total 141 adult scorpionspecimens were collected from villages and districts of İstanbul province between August2004 and August 2005. Of these, 18 specimens are Euscorpius mingrelicus, 54 specimens areEuscorpius carpathicus and 69 specimens are belong to Euscorpius italicus. As a result ofthis study, scorpions species which are distributed in İstanbul were given with distributionalrecords and morphological features were investigated.
