| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, basit bir metodla prototip bir rotametre imal edilmiştir. İmal edilen bu rotametre, kurulan kalibrasyon düzeneği yardımıyla su için kalibre edilmiştir. Rotametre imalatında temel problem, rotametrenin saydam konik borusunun imalatıdır. Polyester kullanılarak, bu konik boru kolayca ve ucuz bir şekilde imal edilebilmektedir. Rotametrelerde debi ile konik borunun içindeki yüzen cismin konumu arasındaki bağıntının lineer olması esastır. Açıklanan metodla imal edilen konik borunun kullanıldığı rotametrede, debi ile yüzen cismin konumu arasında lineer bir bağıntı elde edilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this work, a prototype rotameter is manufactured by using a simple method. By means of the constructed calibration rig, the manufactured rotameter is calibrated for water. The main problem in manufacturing rotameter is the production of the opaque tapered tube of rotameter. The tapered tube can be easily and inexpensively produced by using polyester as a tube material. Having a linear relation between the flow rate and the vertical position of the floating element inside the tapered tube in rotameters is basis. A linear relation between the flow rate and the vertical position of the floating element is obtained for the rotameter manufactured by using the method represented. | |
