Beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin iş doyumu ve tükenmişlik düzeylerinin çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelenmesi

Özet
Bu arastırmada, Beden Egitimi Ögretmenlerinin ?cinsiyet, yas, medeni durum, çocuk sahibi olma, Beden Egitimi Ögretmenligini isteyerek seçme, meslege giris, meslekteki hizmet yılı, toplam görev yapılan okul sayısı, su an görev yaptıgı okul, görev yeri, mesleki deneyimi, egitim durumu? degiskenlerine göre mesleki tükenmislik ve is doyumları incelenmistir. Arastırma kapsamına giren Beden Egitimi Ögretmenleri Türkiye'nin çesitli illerinden toplam 247 kisidir. Bireylerin özlük niteliklerini belirlemek için 12 sorudan olusan kisisel bilgi formu, tükenmislik düzeylerini belirlemek için 22 sorudan Maslach Tükenmislik Ölçegi (MTÖ) ve s Doyum Düzeylerini belirlemek için 20 sorudan olusan Minnesote s Doyum Ölçegi (MDÖ) kullanılmıstır. MTÖ ve MDÖ'den elde edilen puanların aritmetik ortalamaları ve standart sapmaları hesaplanmıstır. Gruplar arasında anlamlı düzeyde farklı olup olmadıgını tespit etmek amacıyla ikili gruplarda t-testi, çoklu gruplarda varyans analizi, farkın kaynagını bulmak amacıyla da TUKEY-HSD testi uygulanmıstır. Arastırmada anlamlılık düzeyi 0,05 olarak kabul edilmistir. Ayrıca s Doyum ve Tükenmislik düzeyleri arasındaki iliskiyi belirlemek için korelasyon analizi yapılmıs ve anlamlılık düzeyi bu durum için 0,01 olarak kabul edilmistir. Sonuç olarak bu arastırma bulgularına göre Beden Egitimi Ögretmenligini isteyerek seçmeyenlerin tükenmislik düzeylerinin yüksek, is doyum düzeylerinin ise düsük oldugu ortaya çıkmıstır. Meslege sınavla (KPSS ile) atananların kisisel basarı duygusunda azalma boyutunda daha fazla tükenmislik yasadıgı ve stajyer ögretmenlerin uzman ögretmenlere göre is doyum düzeylerinin daha yüksek oldugu tespit edilmistir. Ayrıca görev yapılan toplam okul sayısı arttıkça Beden Egitimi Ögretmenlerinin duygusal tükenme düzeylerinin arttıgı ve is doyum düzeylerinin azaldıgı tespit edilmistir.
In this study, the sex, the age, the marital status and the children of Physical Education Teachers, selection of Physical Education Department intentionally, starting the job, how long the teachers have been working, the total number of schools being worked at, the schools that they are working at present, the location of the school, their vocational experience, vocational satisfactions and dissatisfactions in accordance with the variables of the position of Education are examined. The Physical Education Teachers examined in this survey are 247 teachers in total from the different cities of Turkey. The Personal Information Form which in made up of 12 questions to show the qualifications of the individuals. Maslach Tükenmislik Ölçegi (MTÖ) which is made up of 22 questions to show the levels of their dissatisfaction, Minnesota s Doyum Ölçegi (MDÖ) which is made up of 20 questions to show the levels of their vocational satisfaction are used. The arithmetic averages and the Standard deviations of the points obtained from MTÖ and MDÖ, T test in dual groups to determine the difference meaningfully between the groups, variance analysis in multi-groups and TUKEY-HSD test to find the source of the difference are applied. In the survey, the meaningfulness level is accepted as 0,05. In addition, correlation analysis is done in order to define the relationship between vocational satisfactio and dissatisfaction levels and meaningfullness level is acceted as 0,01 for this situation. Consequently, in this survey it has been concluded that the teachers select the Physical Education Department unintentionally are much more dissatisfied and much less vocational satisfaction. In Addition, it is determined that the teachers appointed to their jobs with on examination (K.P.S.S) have had much more dissatisfaction in their personel feeling of success and that probationary teachers have had much more vocational satisfaction than the expert teachers.In addition, it is determined that emotional dissetisfaction levels of the Physical Education Teachers increase end their vocational satisfaction levels decrease as the total number of the schools being wrked at increases.
