| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı, uzaktan algılama ve coğrafi bilgi sistemleri tabanlı yeni bir raylı sistem güzergah tasarım modeli oluşturmak ve Türkiye için çok önemli olan demiryolu yatırımlarının yönlendirilmesine katkıda bulunmaktır. Bu çalışma sayesinde; yeni raylı sistem güzergahlarının yüksek yolcu kapasitesine sahip ve uygun teknik koşullara sahip bölgelerden geçecek şekilde tasarlanmasına katkıda bulunulması planlanmaktadır. Bu plan doğrultusunda belirlenen güzergahın ön maliyet çalışmasının yapılması amaçlanmaktadır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to contribute based remote sensing and geographic information systems to create a new rail route design model and the routing of rail investment is very important for Turkey. Thanks to this model; It is planned to contribute to the design of the new rail system routes to pass through regions with the highest passenger capacity,the most needed and the most suitable technical conditions. It is aimed to carry out the preliminary cost study of the rotary route determined in line with this plan. | |
