dc.description.abstractBu tez ile, Nigde'nin 1923 ? 1950 dönemindeki gelisiminde yerel yöneticilerin ve milletvekillerinin rollerine dikkat çekilmek istenmistir. Bu dönemdeki degisimin Nigde'yle sınırlı kalmadıgı, tüm Türkiye'de makro düzeyde yasandıgı ve bu degisimlerin de hükümetlerin programlarında öncelikli maddeler arasında oldugu gerçegiyle; dönemin Nigde'si, hükümet programları paralelinde degerlendirilmistir. Çalısmada, dönemin Nigde'sindeki belgelenmis faaliyetlerde, hangi isimlerin öne çıktıgı, bu isimlerin, hükümetin rüzgarını arkasına alarak, Nigde'yi ileriye götürüp götürmedigi sorularına cevap aranmıstır. Bu isimler, faaliyetlerin belgelenmesi ve bunlara erisim saglandıgı durumlarda çalısmada yer bulmuslardır.
dc.description.abstractThis thesis was aimed to attract the attention to the contribution of the local administrators and the deputies to the development of Nigde between the years 1923 and 1950. By considering the fact that this changement was not only in Nigde but also in Turkey in macro levels; Nigde was evaluated with respect to the government policies. In this survey, the main question was the administrators who had much share on the development of Nigde and whether they had improved Nigde by the wind of governmental policies or not. The names and their activities were mentioned if their activities are documented
