dc.description.abstractBu tez çalışmasında, Türkiye’de çelik yapıların tasarımına ilişkin Çelik Yapıların Hesap ve Tasarım Kuralları (TS648) Standardı ile Çelik Yapıların Tasarım, Hesap ve Yapımına Dair Esaslar (ÇYTHYE) yönetmeliği ilkelerine göre çelik yapıların hesap ve tasarım esasları irdelenmiştir. Çalışmada tek katlı basit hangar yapı ile dört katlı düşey çerçeve sistemden oluşan iki yapı örneği, TS648 Standardı ve Deprem Bölgelerinde Yapılacak Binalar Hakkında Yönetmelik (DBYBHY) ilkeleri dikkate alınarak SAP2000 programında modellenerek statik analizleri ve boyutlandırılmaları yapılmştır. Aynı yapı örnekleri, DBYBHY hususları sabit tutularak ÇYTHYE’ye göre analiz edilmiş ve boyutlandırılmıştır. Kullanılan kesitler sabit tutularak TS648 ve ÇYTHYE’ye göre kat ağırlıkları, periyot değerleri, kat kesme kuvvetleri, göreli kat ötelemesi, ikinci mertebe etkileri, A1 burulma düzensizliği, B2 yumuşak kat düzensizliği ve kapasite oranları karşılaştırılmıştır. Daha sonra aynı yapı modellerinin Türkiye Bina Deprem Yönetmeliği (TBDY) ve ÇYTHYE’ye göre analizi ve boyutlandırılması yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada çelik yapıların tasarımında ÇYTHYE ve TBDY’ye göre tasarımın TS648 ve DBYBHY’ye göre, daha hassas ve optimum çözüm olanağı sunduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. dc.description.abstractIn this thesis study, the principles of calculation and design of steel structures are examined according to the Standards of Calculation and Design of Steel Structures (TS648) and Principles Regarding the Design, Calculation and Construction of Steel Structures (ÇYTHYE). In the study, two examples of two structures consisting of a simple one-storey hangar structure and a four-storey vertical frame system were modeled separately in the SAP2000 program. The static analysis and dimensioning of the hangar building samples, which were modeled first, were taken into consideration by taking into consideration the principles of TS648 and the DBYBHY. The same examples were analyzed and designed according to ÇYTHYE, keeping the principles of DBYBHY constant. the sections used constant and according to TS648 and ÇYTHYE floor weights, period values, floor shear forces, relative floor displacement, second order effects, A1 torsional irregularity, B2 soft floor irregularity and capacity ratios were compared. Later, of the same building models analyzed and designed according to Turkey Eartquake Building Regultions (TBDY). In this study, it has been concluded that the design offers more precise and optimum solution compared to TS648 and DBYBHY in the design of steel structures compared to ÇYTHYE and TBDY.
